Mrs. Ethel Faust, age 71, a resident of Covington and Ft. Myers, Fla., and wife of Dr. Mont C. Faust, 715 Fifth St., well-known retired Covington dentist, died at 5 a.m. Saturday, April 18, at her home in Ft. Myers. She had been ill since suffering a heart attack on March 19. Mrs. Faust was born June 2, 1892, the daughter of Henry and Florence DeMent Von Berg. She was reared in Danville, Ill., and was married to Dr. Faust June 25, 1914 and he survives. She was a member of the Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star and Booklovers Club, all of Covington, and the Ft. Myers County Club of Ft. Myers, Fla. Surviving, in addition to the husband, are: two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Frey and Mrs. Martha Wallace, both of Covington; one sister, Mrs. Josephine McDonaugh of Chicago; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and an infant son, Jack. The body was returned to the Hegg Funeral Home in Covington on Monday. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Covington Methodist Church. The Rev. Donald Ashley, pastor, officiated and burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  --typed by Walt W
